FormworkTendering and Pricing• Detailed and accurate prices are povided using the latest technology i.e Dimension X and QS Plus. • Tenders can be either priced by a supplied Bill of Quantities or detailed measures using supplied drawings. Materials • All materials owned and maintained by Viva Formwork to the highest standard. • If required materials/systemes are not available locally we import through internationally renowned suppliers. Management • Gearing up of fully compliant and professional labour force. • Procurement of all necessary materials. • Day to day liason with client on site. • Monitoring of quality and production levels on a daily basis. • Constantly updating and enforcing our working Quality Plan. Safety • We believe and stand by the concept that "Safety starts with us". • All safety equipment provided and maintained by Viva Formwork. ie - PPE - Properly maintained power tools - Visibility - Signage - Access - Safety rails • Reputable independent safety consultants are used and their scope includes: - Maintaining safety files and documentation on site - Practical andphysical audits done on a monthly basis - Safety induction of all employees - Site specific method statement and risk assessments reviewed • All employees on site are declared medically fit by an accredited occupational medical practitioner. |
